    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 8 be amended- (i) by deleting paragraph (f) I thought that paragraph (f) of Clause 8 now is a tautology. Why would he be approving estimates that he has made himself because he is the one who is supposed to prepare the statements to be forwarded to the external auditor? We cannot ask him to approve. Approve from where and made by whom for his approval?"
