    "content": "I oppose that amendment. Once you prepare financial statements, like in Parliament, they have to be signed by the head of that institution who is the Clerk of the National Assembly. It is the same with the Attorney General‘s Office. Those are financial statements for his office. So, he has to take responsibility for purposes of auditing by the external auditor. So, who will then approve those financial statements for audit and therefore take responsibility for his office? So, the hon. Member may not have understood the meaning of that Clause. So, I ask him to withdraw that amendment."
