    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I also agree with the Vice-Chairman of the Department Committee and plead with my good friend, Eng. Gumbo, to drop his proposal, so that we can adopt the amendment of the Committee. The reason is that we need not give the President the prerogative to choose anybody he wants. We want people to apply for the position. We then have a panel that will select names for onward transmission to the President to choose from."
