    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, if the initial amendment has not gone through and this other amendment goes through, it will make the whole Article unworkable. If the subsequent amendments go through, then the Article becomes unworkable. It will not be implementable. I believe that Parliament should not legislate in such a manner. So, while I am opposed to it--- The first part did not succeed and so I suggest that we just drop the other proposed amendments."
