    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the earlier payment by the Assistant Minister indicated that the payment covering July, 2010 to June, 2011 was made on 10th October, 2010. What the Assistant Minister has tabled here confirms my fears that this was payment for July, 2010 to November, 2010. So, from January, 2011 to date nothing has been paid. Could he confirm that he is actually going to pay?"
