I also moved the amendment to sub-clause (6), which seeks to delete the words ―Public Service Commission‖ and substitute therefor the words ―selection panel‖. We are replacing it to ensure that the Public Service Commission is only providing secretarial services. The job will be done by the selection panel. This is just to align those sections to the amendments to sub-clause (5)."
