Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 15 of the Bill be deleted and replaced with the following new clause— Recruitment of the Senior Deputy Auditor General 15.(1) There shall be a Senior Deputy Auditor-General who shall be competitively recruited by the office of the Auditor-General and appointed by the Audit Advisory Board. (2) A person shall be qualified for appointment as the Senior Deputy Auditor-General if that person meets all the qualifications for appointment as outlined in Section 5 of this Act."
