    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support hon. Gumbo‘s amendment. It is something I discussed with the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. Probably, I needed to have discussed it with hon. Gumbo. If you look at the text we have just imported to Clause 15, there is some mismatch and that is why I was going to request the Chairman or hon. Gumbo himself that I propose a further amendment on Clause 15. What we have just passed in Clause 15(1) says:- ―There shall be a Senior Deputy Auditor-General who shall be competitively recruited by the office of the Auditor-General and appointed by the Audit Advisory Board.‖"
