    "content": "That text, I think, should be the other way round, so that the recruitment is done by the Advisory Board and the appointment is made by the Auditor-General (AG) himself. That is the way it should read. I want to request hon. Gumbo and the Chairman, if they agree, we amend that clause so that the recruitment is done by the Advisory Board and the appointment is made by the Auditor-General because the Senior Deputy Auditor- General reports to the Auditor-General.
