Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 17 of the Bill be amended in- (e) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the words ―and shall comply with the values and principles of public service as contemplated in Article 232 of the Constitution‖ immediately after the words ―marginalized groups‖.
