    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Chairman. I also oppose this particular amendment. It is very well to suggest that we are giving the Attorney-General independence but when you give them a black cheque to say we need this money and we must be given that money, it means that the other requirements and needs of other arms of Government are not as important as this. This is obviously wrong and we must oppose it."
