I want to support this amendment because normally the Principal Secretary for Finance gives budget to the Auditor-General without proper discussion. If we are going to confront the issue of corruption, the Auditor-General must be given proper budget. It is important that he or she is given a chance to discuss, together with the Principal Secretary for Finance and the Committee, before it is put in the Budget."
