    "content": "I also oppose the amendment. I agree that audit of State organs is very important but the resources in this country are limited and in any case all the estimates will find their way to the National Assembly. It is good to discuss the estimates of the Auditor-General with other organs of Government and then bring them to Parliament which will have the final say in the figures which will be given to the Auditor- General. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I oppose the amendment."
