    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the word ―may‖ appearing immediately after the words ―the Auditor-General‖ and substituting therefor ―shall‖. This is to strengthen the power of the Auditor-General to call for information from anybody or any person who has custody of that information for the purpose of their mandate."
