I think it is important to go on record that I also had an amendment on Clause 21 which is exactly the same as what the Chairperson has proposed. The fact that you have carried the Chair‘s amendment makes my amendment superfluous and, therefore I need to go on record that I have withdrawn in view of what the Chair has proposed."
