    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT clause 25 of the Bill be amended- (c) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause ―(3) The members under subsection (1) shall appoint a chairperson from amongst themselves.\" The effect of that amendment is to ensure that the Members will have the right to pick a Chair of that Advisory Board as opposed to--- If you look at the Bill as it is right now, it is the Auditor-General himself as per the Bill who would have appointed the Chairperson."
