We have even passed an amendment which says that the Audit Advisory Board shall competitively recruit staff to be appointed by the Auditor-General. We are now saying that he is going to be the chairperson of that Board to advise himself. Let us forget about the issue of the JSC because this is not a Commission; it is an advisory body."
