    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to notice of the following Motion:- THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) on the recommended county governments’ budget ceilings on recurrent expenditure for the new structures for the Financial Year 2015/2016 pursuant to Section 107(2)(a) of the Public Finance Management Act, which was laid on the Table on Wednesday 1st April, 2015."
