    "content": " My immediate thinking is that this should be committed to the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget. Now, as the case may be, the Committee may find that it needs some input from the Committee on Devolved Governments or even from Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale’s Committee, if need be. However, there must be only one Committee seized of an issue at one time. If there are cross-cutting issues, I am confident that the Committees will deal with the matter as necessary. I am committing it, therefore, to the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget."
