    "content": " I agree with you 100 per cent, Sen. Wetangula, on the veracity of Article 35(1) of the Constitution. For the benefit of Members, it reads as follows:- “Every citizen has a right of access to:- (a) information held by state, (b) information held by another person and required for the exercise of protection of any right or fundamental freedom. That is true. You are very right. However, if you need that information from the State under the Constitution, you must seek it. If the State does not make that information available to you, then you have a right to recourse. That is what this Article 35 means.
