That has now been changed by the new Constitution through Article 50(4) which now provides that stolen evidence is no longer admissible, especially if it violates human rights. It says that evidence obtained in a manner that violates any rights or fundamental freedom in the Bill of Rights shall be excluded if the admission of that evidence would be detrimental to the administration of justice.
