    "content": " I said that I will not entertain the kind of a point of order like the one coming from Sen. Hassan. I have no control over how the House reacts to the rulings I make. Sen. Hassan, I have made a ruling on this issue. If you are trying to make me change my ruling, hon. Senators, let me tell you here and now, I will not change it. The two letters will not be referred to until they are authenticated in the time that I said, even if it takes us going for recess. I will not entertain matters of law because I have made it clear that I will not change my position on the issue. If you think I am wrong, that is a position that you must take. That is what I have said for now. Hon. Members, remember that you are the ones pre-empting the issue because the matter is still open for us when we come back from recess so that we get a compete answer on it.
