    "content": "common issue is that we had intended to adjourn this House to discuss a matter that has taken place in Garissa today, which is still ongoing; the very serious issue of a terrorist attack. However, you advised us that it was not possible to adjourn the House when we have another Adjournment Motion to adjourn the House for recess. So, I am requesting under this Standing Order, if you can allow me, to make a Statement on a matter that is of topical and national concern, namely the Garissa terrorist attack."
