    "content": "There needs to be harmonization of the security systems within the various security departments. The security forces should be able to get proper results in the fight against terrorism. The security operation during the Westgate attack ended up in the shooting of the GSU officers and yet they had done a good job. We have to keep on reminding ourselves about that incident because it was a very serious lesson. Wherever you go out of this country they talk about the Westgate attack, because that was a very bad sign. It showed inefficiency, notwithstanding the many hours the operation took.
