    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, if it hurts anyone, I beg to apologize. We need to be extremely careful with the Statements we are making here because we are addressing the people of Kenya and not ourselves. I just wanted to say that there is another kind of terrorism going on in this country and we are taking it so easy. For example, cattle rustling in Baringo, Laikipia and other areas, it is totally unmanageable and the militias are doing whatever they want without any fear. I know the Government is taking some steps to make sure that their presence is understood by the terrorists. We need to encourage and support the Government in whichever way so that we can achieve something concrete for this nation."
