    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to make my contribution to the Speech by the President as given to this House last Thursday. First of all, this Motion is in fulfilment of Article 132 of the Constitution. The architecture and structure of the same must follow the requirement of the Constitution. To that extent, I must admit and accept that the President fulfilled the requirement of Article 132 of the Constitution, which requires him to speak to the nation on a wide range of issues including the fulfilment or measures taken and progress made in terms of achieving the requirements of Article 10 of the Constitution. This is on values and principles of governance and also on international obligations."
