    "content": "More fundamentally, if you are aplogising for past crimes, we need to know the specific past crimes. For instance, if it is the case of the post-election violence, this just happened the other day. You cannot tell me that over 1,000 Kenyans can lose their lives and you cannot even have evidence on one person. That is carelessness and negligence on the part of this administration and the previous administration. We need to have, at least, some people arrested, arraigned in court, judged and prosecuted for these crimes."
