"content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker. The Leader of the Majority Party has raised a very important issue, which requires very close attention. I happen to be one of the persons who have deeply interrogated the reports of the last quarter. I can tell you that it was extremely difficult to get any piece of information to support whatever is written in that report. I want to give an example of my own county, where it is alleged that Kshs290 million was used on the construction of roads in that particular quarter. Being the people who oversee these issues, we know in reality that there was no visible work that was done on roads."
