    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I cannot emphasise more on what the Leader of the Majority Party has said. I just wanted to read some two provisions in our Constitution regarding the role of the National Assembly and the Senate. The role of the Senate under Article 96 (3) is that:- “The Senate determines the allocation of national revenue among counties, as provided in Article 217, and exercises oversight over national revenue allocated to the county governments.”"
