He is not saying that the people of Kanyamedha and Kanyamony can access the lake shore. What he is saying is that they do not have the right to access that lake shore. That is my understanding of it. With your permission, the issues that are arising here are fairly complex and we may not be able to deal with them satisfactorily by question and answer session the way we are doing now. May I humbly request that this issue be referred to the relevant Committee of the House to deal with it in detail?"
