If we go that route it will just turn out to be another forum for lamentation. I would rather you lament before the Budget and Appropriations Committee in the presence of the Controller of Budget, because it is that Office that needs to be asked the questions that I know most of you would want to ask regarding some the issues that are contained in those reports. So, hon. Members, let us just take that route."
