    "content": "Therefore, cases have to be executed fast. Since the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC) prepared the Report, which is an annexure to the President‟s Speech, it has to be executed quickly. It should not merely be covered on newspaper headlines without going to the details. This is what happened to the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. Under our own Standing Orders, the matter affecting that Committee was very well settled within the Committee. However, the EACC seems not to be up to date because they may not have looked at the HANSARD. I am sure had they looked at the HANSARD, they would have amended their Report accordingly."
