    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to comment on His Excellency the President‟s Address to the House on the state of the nation. Listening to what the President went through, it would appear that he knows what is going on in this country. He went through it, gave us the status of the economy, he looked at his flagship projects, touched on the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) project, the LAPSSET project and Huduma Kenya. He also looked at the integrated population register system and gave robust statistics of economic fundamentals."
