    "content": "That is not enough. On the issue of corruption, I want to say that stepping aside is the first step for investigation. It is not even stepping aside; those people who have been named, let them step aside for good. Those governors who are refusing to step aside, the accounts of their county governments are supposed to be frozen until they step aside because being elected does not give you a license. Kenyans are still thirsty. Kenyans are getting accidents because of poor roads. Kenyans are still fetching firewood. Women are still going for long distances because of lack of water while some people have put money for the poor in their pockets. They must hit the target. The President must hit the target."
