I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 30(3)(a), this House resolves to extend its sitting time today until 8.00 p.m. It is pretty obvious the Address and Report by His Excellency the President have drawn a lot of interest from the Members. From what you have been telling us about the interests that have been shown there, we need more time so that Members can participate and say what they feel about the Address by His Excellency during the joint sitting. I wish to ask the Leader of the Minority Party to second the Motion."
