    "content": "I looked at the President and I felt that he was stressed. The President was stressed in fighting corruption. He got the Report from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and I am sure that is not the Report he should have presented in this House. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I can say it was a premature Report. Including the Members of this Parliament, the PAC and the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock and Cooperatives, this House can join me to say that this list was just forced on the President because of urgency. It was presented by the CEO and not the Chairman of the EACC. The Chairman of the EACC is the one responsible to this House. When we talk about the roads, Kibwezi East has not experienced the roads that the President talked about and we are still waiting. As a representative, as much as I support the President, we need to see these roads in my constituency. We need to see water in my constituency. We need to see the manifesto that he has talked about.
