    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Address from the President on the status of the economy. This is a very spectacular Speech. I have been very keen on Presidential Speeches even before I was a Member of Parliament and if there is a Speech that made feel like a real Kenyan, it is the President‟s Speech on Thursday. One of the issues that the President said is that the essence of deepening the democracy and the rule of law, in this era and age, most of the things that are happening within our country, the issue of emphasis on public participation is a key area.
