    "content": "The Parliament makes laws. When we are making some of these laws and the Budget, the issue of public participation is not always there. So, I feel that if this is entrenched and as Members of Parliament, we tackle the issue and take it further to the people, this will be one of the areas that will make sure that Kenya goes the Malaysian, Singapore and Thailand ways .The actual involvement of the people on the ground will dictate the actual needs of the country. The President has to resonance with the needs of the people. The projects which are the key principles of the President echo in his Speech."
