    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving the chance to contribute. Allow me to congratulate the President on the Speech that he delivered. He delivered a very forceful and bold Speech although it did not cover all sectors particularly the key sectors in this country. We are aware that agriculture is the mainstay of the economy of this country contributing about 25 per cent of Kenya‟s Gross Domestic Product in terms of the livelihood. The sector is in crisis."
