    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to thank the President for the Address. Agriculture is the backbone of this country‟s economy. In the 21st Century, Kenyans are relying on relief food. That is a sad thing. Secondly, at this particular moment, people are drawing water from unhygienic sources and rivers. It is a pathetic state of affairs. The President ought to have addressed such issues. Another very important area is the health sector. The ratio of doctors to the population in Kenya is close to 100 people to one doctor. It is sad. The President ought to have come up with an Executive Order to make sure that we increase the capacity of the medical training institutions.
