    "content": "Since yesterday, we have been debating this Speech and most of the Members of this House have supported it. It is only one Member whom I heard saying that the Speech is very shallow. Well, I just wanted that Member to be specific and let us know how shallow it is because I and the Nakuru County that I represent find the Speech very healthy, motivating, educative and with a lot of teaching.
