We have discussed this with the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and I hope that there will be no problem. We have even written to the Minister concerned. I hope that this information goes to the officers who will be in charge of recruitment so that any person does not lose his or her chance because he or she has not got the identity card. It would be unfair that the Government who must give you the identity card has not given it to you and at the same time the Government is telling you that without the identity card I cannot give you a job. Any young person who has not registered and has no waiting card, of course, will not be entitled."
