    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I join you in congratulating the Committee. I also note that we have had precedent before where some reports done by the committees, noting the work and the stakeholders that they have met, would be very good in guiding the House in terms of what direction we take in the discussion and debate of this Bill. I join Sen. Kagwe on the view that we have taken a break of one hour in other reports previously. However, since this is being brought in as an amendment, we can make it shorter and take 30 minutes. But going forward, I think it would be very important that we have the break to look at the report."
