    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not know what you are standing to rule on. But I want to propose that, one, we do not turn this House into a rubberstamp. We have to work. I suggest that we give Members 30 minutes to read through the document and before 6.30 p.m., we move a Motion to extend our sitting until we are through with the business of the House. This will ensure that we do not just run through the business as if it has come here to be rubberstamped and sent on for implementation."
