This is a very important Motion and I think the Minister and his two Assistant Ministers who are present in the House should support it so that all the resources that we send to the schools are well taken care of. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do not want to spend a lot of time on this Motion. Let us pass it because already money is being sent to the BoGs to pay those workers but we need to standardize that. We need to determine who should be in which school and his or her qualifications and experience. We need to have a way of control by the Government. The headmaster or the BoG might say that you are paid this and yet the others are not paid well. I think we need to have a standard way of handling these matters. The Ministry should control the quality, their operation and level of qualifications. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do not want to say much because I want to give the other Members an opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I beg to support the Motion."
