"content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter is very clear, as it has been said by Sen. Murungi because we passed a resolution here sometimes ago and we all agreed as a House that we shall give Nyandarua and other counties some money to build their headquarters. We all agreed on that issue. But even now, the situation needs not change unless--- Not all county headquarters are up to date; but there are some counties which do not have county headquarters. Therefore, the issue of Nyandarua and Tharaka-Nithi is very disturbing and the public will not understand. Today, we are passing about Kshs291 billion to be distributed to all the counties and here they are looking for Kshs1.8 billion. That is very little money."
