We do agree that this was a Special Sitting and, indeed, Members are entitled to debate, but we are now at the Third Reading Stage and the debate at this stage should not be like the debate on the Second Reading. We should just make one or two comments and sit down. We are begging the Senate Leader of Minority to respect the traditions of the House and not debate as if it is on the Second Reading.
