    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also wish to support this Motion. Right from the year 2003 when free primary education was introduced, it shows that the Government has the spirit to see good educational institutions in our country. The same Government has also supported secondary education and very many day secondary schools have emerged throughout the country. We can see the good work that these endeavours are doing to Kenyans."
