    "content": "We always talk about head teachers and teachers in primary and secondary schools but least is talked about the support staff working in those institutions and yet, they do a very good job. So, the only way to help them is to ensure that they get their own scheme of service. Under the scheme of service, they will actually come under direct employment of the Government or the Ministry of Education. That way, we will not tax parents to contribute money to pay them."
