    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have remembered what we normally do with the Budget Estimates. We normally call the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to come and present to the House sitting as a Budget and Appropriations Committee, but with all the Members in attendance. So, if you allow me, I will move a further amendment to say that the report be presented to a joint committee of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and the Public Investments Committee (PIC) and all the Members will be invited to attend."
